Catching up another player in coop
We are 4 brothers who enjoy playing this game in coop. Now, we started all four at the same level, but one brother has recently fallen behind in both levels and quest progress.

We can get him caught up in levels by using the level-up codes and so on, but there seems to be nothing like that for quest progression. Is there any way to get someone caught up both in levels and quest progress? We don't care about using codes or being marked as cheaters or anything since we only play coop with each other.

Thanks for any info.

I'm not sure but mebbe you could do it with these console commands?

QUESTS = lists all quests
QUESTACTIVE questName = sets a quest to active
QUESTCOMPLETE questName = sets a quest to complete

We did try that, but the "questnames" are very strange and long strings of words that do not correlate at all to the actual names of the quests in the game. In the end it's a total crapshoot guessing which name will actually complete each quest.

I was hoping there was some mod or something made by now to do this, but I guess we just have to go back and carry him through the game to catch him up.

gives the quest names to enter as complete to finish each act in the second post, you could at least get him up to the same act as you using this.

In Act 1, go to Estherian Enclave
Open console, type "questactive a2-Vanquisher_Send_To_ACT2", then type "questcomplete a2-Vanquisher_Send_To_ACT2"
In Act 2, type "questactive a2-continue_to_act3", then type "questcomplete a2-continue_to_act3"
In Act 3, type "questactive a3-OpenDoor", then type "questcomplete a3-OpenDoor"
In Act 4, type "questcomplete a4-defeat_nether-regent"

and then later

As far as I know you can skip the "questactive" command and just enter the questcomplete ones.

That is awesome, we will give both those suggestions a try, thank you.
