Anyone know a good Action RPG like Dark Cloud 2 on PC?

Topic. Been really wanting to play that, but I'm overseas right now, and though I have a PS2 emulators, my laptop wasn't made to run it well. Some games, like Shadow Hearts, run like ♥♥♥♥ when they really shouldn't. Rogue Galaxy runs okay, a little sluggish with minor graphical issues.

Regardless, I was hoping for a game that was as much like Dark Cloud 2 as possible. Slight city building/requests with dungeon crawling for materials for towns.

Dark cloud 2 miss that game to, although i only finish one on ps2 loooong way back.

Wrong place to ask that. You do know that you're posting in the Torchlight II forum?
It's the same like asking at the toyota dealer if they know a good replacement for your current mercedes. Better ask this at a more general games forum or at offtopic.

Yes, I know I was posting in Torchlight 2 forum, because that is what I am currently on. Most of the people I have played with have been quite generous and helpful. Clearly you are not one of those individuals. In the long run, it doesn't matter which forum it is posted in because Dark Cloud 2 is still an action rpg, just like Torchlight. They have similar functions, thus share a similarity that allows me to post this question.

As for the car analogy you made, if I brought my mercedes question to a toyota dealer, he would go and find a comparable toyota car. Thus your analagy fails, mostly because I don't necessarily need another mercedes.

And it was also posted to an offtopic forum. And from the new update, it isn't as simple to find the general game forum like it used to be.

I would recommend Bastion, Chantelise, or any of Ys (there are a couple entries on steam). I can't think of anything that has a crafting system like Dark Cloud 2 on PC. Though I could be wrong. However if you don't mind MMORPGs Sprial Knights has a pretty neat crafting system in it.
