T2 Memory Leak

Torchlight 2 is causing an out of memory error on my system.
I have Win 7 Pro and 4 Gig Ram installed; I don't think I should be seeing this error.

i never ran into it with the base game, but once i applied synergies mod it hit me.

I use this EXE on steam now, and have no problem.

Yes I have installed the Big Bags Mod, this is the only mod i'm using currently.
Steam does not seem to recognize the fact that I have a mod installed either, I did not get achievement. I'm very much hoping that this mod will continue to work, since I've stashed a lot more items than the unmodded game can stash, and I don't want to lose them when the game is updated. Currently have the auto-update disabled so that I can read patch notes first.

that mod achievement won't register until GUTS is released i'm sure.
