Local coop?
This game has split screen local coop? I know about the LAN stuff, but is it posible to play coop with somebody else in the same pc?

Nope. It's only online multiplayer. There might be a mod that allows it, but none that I know of.

And if I install it in 2 PCs using Steam, and the I start Steam's offline mode in both PCs, I can play LAN? Is it posible?

Well, Torchlight 1 did come for Xbox360 and was playable with 2 controllers in same screen.
