look to the passives for loveliness.
Cold Steel is great as well as all the 1 point wonders. Ravage would've been nice.
Battle standard can be nice on bosses. It seems liek you skipped out on a LOT of really good stuff.
Not taking the dual-wield passive is perfectly fine. Outside the earlygame it's actually a great idea to not dual-wield as a Berserker and carry a shield instead. Skills scale only from your main-hand weapon anyway. The dual-wield passive doesn't actually help a lot if you think about it (notice how there's no actual weapon damage bonus anywhere), especially after the point where skills are just much better than autoattacking (and any build around autoattacking/proccing is several times better as a Wolfpack build).
There's no reason why one would have Raze and Ravage but then also Eviscerate on top. You can remove for free either Eviscerate or Ravage.
Mind that the Blood Hunger passive doesn't tell you that it has a 1-sec cooldown between activations, so it's actually a very small help even with 100% crits. You could easily put no more than 1 point in it (5% at rank 1, still only 12.5% at rank 15).
You want Iceshield 11 (100%), not 10 (95%).
No points in Shred Armor at all? The free armor reduction gems are a major deal.
If you're actually getting to max level as a Berserker, you can get Storm Hatchet 15/15 and a lot of points in Frenzy Mastery(+Frenzy duration passive). Storm Hatchet can daze an enemy so you can melee it from outside its range andit generates a bit of charge per tomahawk hit, and it doesn't look like much, but after you get the 15th rank available at level 94+, it'll fill almost the entire bar with a single hit while it can hit 3 times at once. Storm Hatchet 15 is a total game changer and having it means that you'll have full charge at all times.
Storm Hatchet as a primary attack, a ranged one? Totally subpar for a class, at least when counting with all skils unlocked. For a ranged attack as a Berserker, you want Wolfpack/Glacial Shatter (the problem: both unlocked at lv42).
After you can get better stuff, Storm Hatchet is just for charging up (and it's a good deal on max rank since it's pretty much full charge from one cast).
On a Focus build at lv100, Hatchet = 7k each hatchet already on crit hit, which is kinda low, and the mana-per-damage ratio is too high especially when accounting for multiple enemies
Glacial Shatter = around 30k on the entire targeted ground area (1sec cooldown, has half or maybe less crit chance), likely to Blind which is gamebreakingly good and works even on bosses
Wolfpack = shoots projectiles that home in, like PrismBolt, except you can nail all from close range too, it's stronger, and they also pierce to go through groups in rank 5+, and they each inherit all attack effects/procs in rank 2+. It doesn't blind but has the highest damage output in the entire game period, it procs the fastest in the entire game from the highest number of hits, which obsoletes Berserker dualwield builds. At least on the highest levels, it can actually clear out a whole screen with just one or two casts, or kill a boss in just a few seconds. The only problem is that it isn't practically free like PrismBolt is, it's a big mana hog from high ranks before 15 where the third tier bonus reduces the mana cost to the same as rank 7, so you might not wanna raise it so much until you're level 98+ where you're allowed to put it on rank 15.
(I think the BiS weapon for Wolfpack was http://torchlight.wikia.com/wiki/Hammer_of_Retribution)
I could go on for paragraphs about any of that but I kinda already did on a little skill guide thing I put on gamefaqs. Off the top of my head, I don't think I was missing much there.
What kind of build are you leaning towards? You have many wasted points. I recommend getting rid of Battle Rage and Raze. Put 1 point in both Red Wolf and Blood Hunger.
You don't need Executioner because you are not going to auto-attack. Put 5-10 points in Shred Armor.
