The video may look pretty bad... but the uploader says "quite playable" and it looks so. (Believe me, I have played many games on that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ hardware... When you simply want to play you just lower your own requirements for framerate - if the game permits it, you can't play shooter with 5fps).
If there is anybody here who can really try it, could you tell me your own experience? And graphics settings used when testing...
From the video I just saw, I may give it a shot anyway...
Game menu: <1fps
Game itself (starting village): 2fps (it seems so, haven't done any benchmark)
I have tried switching MESA from classic to gallium, but that made things even worse.
I didn't get numbers anywhere near those in video (look for it few posts higher). Suppose it could be because: A) I'm running Linux, B) I have only N455 (single core), c) I have overlooked something important in the local_settings.txt
C) is not probable, A) is probable as the B) is.
Anyway - the game is unplayale on this setup. I will give it a try though, we will se after some time spent in the game.
(glxinfo says I have OpenGL 2.1 card, the GMA3150 may have official ssupport for it but lack the computing power to use it)

Also if you haven't tried it already you can reduce max_particles in the local_settings file that you tweaked. Try going as low as 1000
If the devs looks this way - Torchlight 1 for Linux on Steam? ;-)
