FIX for Firewall Problems Detected 2025 Solved.

Hola!! 🍁🍁

Les tengo la solución para windows 11 y Usuarios de Norton, Eset, Mc Afee y otros.

1.- Norton, Eset, MC Afee y otros.
>ATIVIRUS- Configuracion>Firewall Inteligente> Control de programas> TORCHLIGHT 2
Aqui deben tener 3 REGLAS.
1- Internet saliente (Permitir) "Fuera" TCP/UDP.
2- Internet entrante (Permitir) "Dentro" TCP/UDP.
3- Regla por defecto (Permitir) "Entrante/Saliente" TODO.

En los tres puntos les dara la opcion de seleccionar.

2.- Documentos\my games\runic games\torchlight 2

Buscar en Documentos>my games> runic games> tochlight 2 y Seleccionar "local_settings.txt".
Buscar UDPORT :0
Y Cambiarlo por "UDPORT :4547" (a mi me funciono este pero con los cambios que le hicimos a nuestro antivirus y a el firewall va funcionar otro cualquiera de los permitidos.

3.- Panel de control\Sistema y seguridad\Firewall de Windows Defender.

Si bien, Norto, Eset, Mc Afee y algun otro antivirus excluyen a Windows defender, este también bloquea las coincidencias en los puertos del router, por ende hay que cambiar estas reglas.

Ya que estamos en Fire wall de Windows Defender nos vamos a:

1.- CONFIGURACIÓN AVANZADA.
2.- Reglas de Entrada.
3.-Torchlight ll.
*Propiedades(de la regla torchlight ll)
*Protoclos y puertos.
*TIPO DE PROTOCOLO:
*CUALQUIERA.
*Aplicar y Aceptar.

REPETIR CON LA OTRA REGLA QUE ESTÁ ABAJO(Son 2 reglas que hay que cambiar ahí).

Y a jugar!!!

Aún sera visible la advertencia del firewall problems detected pero los dejara entrar sin problemas.
Yo les recomiendo que juegen con amigos de confianza y sin algunas modificaciones, el permitir trafico atravez de estas exepciones puede ser peligroso.

NOTA: Para las personas de diferentes regiones la unica solucion es USAR UNA VPN(Ademas de realizar los pasos anteriores). Yo les recomiendo usar privateinternetaccess o la de Norton.

Solution for Windows 11 and Norton, Eset, Mc Afee and other users.

1.- Norton, Eset, MC Afee and others.
>ATIVIRUS- Configuration> Smart Firewall> Program Control> TORCHLIGHT 2
Here you should have 3 RULES.
1- Outgoing Internet (Allow) "Outside" TCP/UDP.
2- Incoming Internet (Allow) "Inside" TCP/UDP.
3- Default rule (Allow) "Incoming/Outgoing" ALL.

In the three points it will give you the option to select.

2.- Documents\my games\runic games\torchlight 2

Look in Documents>my games> runic games> tochlight 2 and Select "local_settings.txt".
Search for UDPORT :0
And change it to "UDPORT :4547" (this one worked for me but with the changes we made to our antivirus and the firewall any other of the allowed ones will work.

3.- Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Defender Firewall.

Although Norto, Eset, Mc Afee and some other antivirus exclude Windows Defender, it also blocks matches in the router ports, therefore these rules must be changed.

Since we are in Windows Defender Firewall we go to:

1.- ADVANCED CONFIGURATION.
2.- Inbound Rules.
3.- Torchlight ll.
*Properties (of the torchlight ll rule)
*Protocols and ports.
*PROTOCOL TYPE:
*ANY.
*Apply and Accept.

REPEAT WITH THE ANOTHER SAME RULE BELOW (There are 2 rules that need to be changed here).

And play!!!

The firewall warning problems detected will still be visible but it will let you in without any problems.
I recommend that you play with trusted friends and without some modifications, allowing traffic through these exceptions can be dangerous.

NOTE: For people from different regions the only solution is to USE A VPN (In addition to performing the steps above). I recommend using privateinternetaccess or NortonVpn.

It doesn't allow you to change the protocol type?

If so. Just delete the rule, Torchlight II, Then Add new rule and then change it.
