Cannot create account?

Recently I discovered a buddy of mine had this game, so i thought hey lets play a coop game,

He never played online so first thing he needs to do is create an account, so he click on create/manage account in the game, gets sent to websites, presses create account and it tells him he is not eligible to register...

So he got pissed off because we can't seems to get him registred and un installed the game.

Anyone had the same problem?can't we create accounts anymore? it s a real shame.

He overreacted a little. I have problems registering on all sites nowadays. I just wait a day or two, then try again.

If you haven't yet linked your Steam account...

• Under the heading, I have Torchlight II on Steam, click Link my Steam account.

If you've already linked your Steam account...

• Click View my products & keys
  
• Click Check my Steam account for games
