My steam account is linked to very old Runic account

Felt the urge to play for the first time in over a decade, but I cannot remember my runic game account that steam would be linked to right now. I made a new account and it let me register a new account with the only email I would have used at the time of last playing, which is bizarre. When I try to click their support link on the torchlight 2 website, it gives me a 403 access foridden error. Is there anyway I could contact them or resolve this on my own?

Contact the support at Arc Games and they'll unlink the old account from Steam:

In some ways it's a left-over support legacy from the first Publisher that's been re-sold and maintained under the management of newer Publishers.
