I personally like the 2d game Chronicon although it's combat feels limited.
There's also been other games that have released or are available more recently that Thyworm would know much more about.
You might want to take a look at the Borderlands games. They are NOT "dark fantasy", but they are pretty solid FPS-ARPGs. BL2 is probably the best, but BL1 and BL:TPS are both pretty good too. If the Handsome Collection is currently on sale, it's a pretty good deal. (It's usually $15 USD on sale). (I'd suggest grabbing Commander Lilith while if it's on sale too, as it's the one piece of content not included in the Handsome Collection).
The Van Helsing franchise (not my favorite, but fun enough if you get it cheap).
Kingdoms of Amalur (though the new version still has all of the bugs of the original version- still a fun game if you can get it cheap- there are a few bugs that can softlock you).
Shadows Awakening
The Dungeon Siege franchise (older, so don't expect stunning graphics)
The Sacred franchise
Tyranny
The Dungeons franchise (though they are older and not as pretty as some others)
Vikings - Wolves of Midgard
Hades- though Hades is a roguelike- so permadeath, no choice of softcore or hardcore
There's others- but I am tired of typing. And if you buy based on Steam Review scores alone- you are missing out on some really fun games, many of which are on sale cheap, quite often. Steam Review scores have been manipulated for years, and are now even more manipulated by people looking to farm Steam Awards for meme reviews or off-topic review bombings.
EDIT: That said, Hades has a lot of charm, and OP could do a lot worse than trying it anyway.
I try to find honest streamers on YouTube that are willing to call out any problems in the game. If they are just spouting all peaches and cream stuff I take it all with a grain of salt, although I'm often just checking to see if it's 3rd person or 1st person and if the controls look ganky/awkward.
IFIYGD gave you a good list. Maybe I'd add Two Worlds: Epic Edition.
You seem to have played many of the good diablo clones. You can take a look at the Sacred series, I've only played the first game and cleared that once. There's also Van Helsing (personally didn't care too much for it through) Borderlands series is kind of a FPS Diablo with guns, games tend to go on pretty deep sales as well.
Sacred Gold
Sacred 2 Gold
They are both good games. Sacred 3 was made by the company that bought the franchise, and it is not at all like the first 2 games, so most Sacred fans don't like it.
I didn't enjoy Victor Vran- but I know a lot of other people who did.
I did totally forget about Two Worlds.
There's also Gauntlet: Slayer Edition, and the Magicka games.
Magicka 1 & 2 may be a bit closer to TL1 & TL2- both are very satirical games, with a similar art style and dark-fantasy-ish theme.
Its effectively a 16-bit Diablo 2/3 (i say both because of the systems included, its more like a hybrid)
Yep, Fate is getting the 'reawakening' treatment at the moment as well.
