Torchlight 2 Firewall Issues / Connection Fail (2022)

I'm posting this to help anyone out that may come across this.

Issue:
Firewall issue - connection fails.
Fails after allowing Trochlight 2 through Anti-Virus and Windows Firewall.
Fails when no Anti-Virus is installed.
Fails with Windows Defender on or off.
Fails with allowing Torchlight 2 ports TCP/UDP.

I have found no fix other THAN MY ISP (Internet Service Provider) is blocking something. It's not my computer or my router.

Fix:
Don't Play with your anti virus and firewall until you've tried to VPN then play the game. If that works then its deff your ISP and your going to have to VPN before playing each time unless you can get your ISP to allow the connection.

If VPN still don't work then its your Computers Firewall or Anti-Virus. Google ways to allow it.

Thanks. I've added this solution to my list of fixes for the game. Also, some people report that they can still play even when the firewall message appears. They just ignore the message and continue.
