Hi I have all the Robot parts do I now head back to Widow’s Veil Crow’s Pass to give him his parts, it didnt say?

Not exactly... it will all be made clear, just keep proceeding with the main questline or see below:
You need to talk with Professor Stroker and present him with the charged power source found after defeating the War Titan (very end of Act 3). Talk to him again and he will assemble the Thrill Bot 4000. Stroker won't assemble Thrill Bot before defeating War Titan and retrieving the charged power source.
