Item Pick-up

Anyone know how I can make my mouse not show items? I have show item toggle OFF but whenever my mouse hovers over an item it will still show making me pick up alot of trash items and consumables whilst clicking on mobs.

You can't.

But it's not a problem to pick up trash items in TL2, you can just take them all, then give them to your pet (shift+click to transfer from inventory to pet) that you can then send to town to sell all the stuff.

Unless you are using a mod that gives you a lot more gold, you are going to need the gold from selling all that stuff when you get to the higher levels.
