Best way to farm legendaries FAST

I want ALL of the legendaries that's right all of them, how do I go about it fastest?

For the level 105 items - the only ones worth collecting - gambling is the best way. For the rest, there is no really fast way. Just kill loads and loads of creatures. They have a low drop rate from normal mobs and a somewhat higher rate from champions.

In either case you'll need to make sure the area in which you gamble/fight is the right level for the items to appear.

Legendaries are REALLY hard to come by in this game if you are talking about anything but the 105 ones. 105 ones are easily found through Tarroch's Tomb. Kill the monsters in the waves and split right before the Artificer boss shows up.

Open up all the chests below and most of the time, 105 lvl legends will drop. Legends in general drop more easily from chests.

The non-105 lvl legends are not so easy to farm. Because of the way the game works, something like The Beast With A Million Eyes, which is a lvl 88 legend, will only drop in areas that are around its lvl. So the further away the lvl is, the less chance you have for it to drop.

Your best bet is to trade for them.

Tarroch's Tomb plus as much luck as you can get on items. Would be neat to know whether luck affects items in chests when chests are being opened or the moment chests spawn, but I think nobody knows that. If the former, then just keep your lucky set in the inventory and put it on when you're going to open chests. If the latter then I think you won't be able to complete Tarroch's Tomb with rolled luck stats on currently wearable items since you'll most likely lack important stats to deal enough damage and be tanky enough to survive.

Play an Easy or Normal character with about 20% luck running Tarroch's Tomb over and over (TL2 does not reward people with better loot for playing harder difficulties). The boxes from the last few bowls seem to drop the most legendaries.

To make sure you get items for all of the different classes, level one character of each class to run the Tomb, because Torchlight often seems to drop the best items for classes other than your own. Anyway, it will be more fun to swap classes while you are gathering all of the items.
