Toggle loot on ground off?

I know I can hold ALT to not show loot on the ground, but is there a way to toggle it off instead of holding that key?

I literally can't see enemies with all the loot, and holding that key is annoying.

The Magnifying Glass Button located at the bottom of the screen should be able to toogle them off permanently.

There is also the Settings Button located at the upper right corner which has several options including turning off various item types from view.
