are there any Lewd mods for the game?

I was wanting a game to play that I can play while its on mute so I can listen to videos while I play. This is one of the games that was recommended to me. The problem is looking at the character creator screen, the female characters aren't even close to being as attractive as I'd like. Are there any mods that gives the female characters some curves, a sexy outfit and overall improve the attractiveness of the character?

There might be that kind of mod, but there are other games, or you can just watch the "adult" websites.

(now I just gotta learn how to apply the mod to the game).

You wouldn't find them in the Steam Workshop if they exist. Not sure if there are any on other sources. Try Nexus?

I think I prefer the one I just posted over that, the one I just posted actually makes the character look attractive(the nude mod doesn't, and the default isn't).
