That order should work unless reported otherwise.
The logic is to put big mods at the bottom and small changes at the top.
Classes usually go in between.
Class Edits are placed above Classes.
Spell Vendor is placed below so Class Items have a chance to spawn in the Vendor if available.
Bag Mod is inventory so it gets second highest priority execpt for absolute top which is Loot Drop, Skill Point, Level adjustment or Camera Mods.
Above since they make changes to the Summoner Class.

I find your comment encouraging and I hope to eventually create Guides with far more detail such as possible exceptions when a bigger mod may be benefical when placed higher above should it for example contain a helpful fix for Mod Class Quest Awards.
