Yes, 75% is the Less All Damage Taken cap. At that point socket the remaining slots with Skulls that empower Pet and Minion Damage for the Summon Build.
10% Health Steal from 4 pieces of the Dragonrift Set will beat rival gear set bonuses easily and will also beat any need for Blood Ember and Skull Heals and will support Healing Skills however very few Damage Skills support Health Steal so use the Weapon when health is low.
For the remaining 6 pieces gather the level 99 exclusive Sets for each class as needed.
Use the Act 3 Oasis Enchanter if you need extra Dodge Chance or Boris the Stat Enchanter if you need extra damage.
Boris can also be used to wear the 105 level Sets and Weapons however the 99 level Sets and level 90+ Weapons will allow stat flexibliity and can be equally useful.
Sockets inside the Weapons can be filled with Blood Embers or Skulls that deal powerful Time Damage or Embers that Health Steal and Mana Steal if the resources are needed.
The meerko skull gives 8% +to all 4 elemental damages when socketed into a weapon. This would not benefit prismatic bolt, right? It would only apply those damage bonuses if a struck with the weapon, correct?
Oh plus, will the life steal from the 4 piece dragonrift work with spells like prismatic bolt? Or only from attacking with a weapon?

Its great. This gives me 2 act 5 areas, many leveling options, bigger monster group spawns, human pets to gear up and manage, two summoner options, (well, three cause of the dark sorc), and all the stuff in better vanilla simple-mapworks things! Plus the 3 added dungeons from it too.
Tl2-e’s next updates will bring ember and skull farming as well in the form of your emperor temple idea! Im stoked and having fun!
I would highly recomend this layout! Although i dont know about multiplayer as i play alone. And the only bug i have found is it crashes sometimes when i reroll the world in lan. Not everytime, i usually rename the world and it works.... go figure.
Most weapon properties also work with skills that do weapon based damage, however, I believe any 'on hit' property works on auto attacks only unless specifically stated by the skill.
Very few skills support health and mana stealing. Prismatic Bolt does not.
75% is the damage resistance cap, but you can also employ effects that lower the enemies' damage dealt, such as poison, to receive even less damage.
Bummer about the dragonrift 4 piece bonus, but they will work on my bia and warbound. Awesome.
Plus, interesting about enemy damage reduction. Im useing a staff with staff mastery bringing down their resistences. Adding poison damage seems like a great idea.
There is an endgame skull of zardan or something that adds over 3000 damage over 5 seconds when socketed into a weapon. I could add two and the numbers will stack. Putting these two on my bia and warbound seems great. Then after i hit the monster with my staff a couple times, lots of damage.
Zardon skulls are pretty strong, but also among the hardest to find items in the game. I wouldn't count on getting many of them. Do these followers have a focus stat of their own to empower the damage over time?
Its joyous though as this class type rocks for me! Plus the updates already made look good. Its called the summoner, with version number in ().
