If you scroll down a bit you can find the drop table, and as you can see, there are 6 permanent fish that can drop. The names don't match but they correspond to the six permanent versions of fish that drop in game: Jackal Bass, Warsnout, Tunnel Shark, Web Fish, Flying Fish, and Crab Egg.
This means "Pocketfish" and "Torsofish" correspond to Largemouth Bass and Bone Fish respectively, and the chance of finding a Big Largemouth Bass is 0.4%, twice as high as each of the giant fish.
