How do you refarm areas or bosses?
I know people farm items in this game but I am not sure how to do it. By farming I mean repeating an area and killing the monsters and bosses again. But the area needs to respawn the monsters/boss. So does anyone have details on what conditions are needed for an area to respawn? Thank you.

Create a LAN game, and tick "Reroll area"

Or like the serious farmers:

1) Stop just before the bossroom/phaseportal that you want to farm.
2) save & quit.
3) make a copy of that savegame somewhere.
4) complete the boss/phase
5) store the loot in the shared stash.
6) quit to main menu and restore the savegame from step #3
7) repeat from step 4.

Techically you are not hacking or cheating, but you are doing some severe cornercutting and skipping tons of 'intended' grinding meant to limit how fast you can farm.
Some guides recommend you use a dedicated-to-farming teleporting embermage to just skip around the map, but essentially that is the same.

Works the same with enchanters, to always have convenient access to the ones you want.
Obviously, due to the lack of anti-duping measures, you can also use it dupe any item as much as you want in the same way.

I'd be better off using a save modifier rather than following all these steps to be honest x)
