Cacklespit

I found/rang the bell, did the quests, got the joke reward, went to the Sundered Battelfield, and now I'm lost. I've cleared every corner of the map, and there is no Cacklespit or portal to it's realm. Is my game bugged? Am i missing something? Thanks

In the south part of Imperial Camp there's a little furry guy that gives you a quest called Fade's Passage, which you need to finish to unlock the way into Cacklespit's Realm. I think he only gives it if you did his previous quest to kill the big mushroom guy?

I've done all of the little guy's quests including killing the big mushroom guy, and my only quest in my log except for the one that takes me to the next town is Cacklespit. I go through the northwest gate in Imperial Camp to Rivenskull Gorge ("Cacklespit's Realm" is in green on the gate), then I follow the green "Cacklespit's Realm" on the gate to Sundered Battlefield, and then there is no more map indicator of "Cacklespit's Realm". It's like the quest line just evaporates for me once I get to Sundered Battlefield.

I think I'm remembering some parts of this wrong. I know this guide includes details though, since it deals with the Robot Parts sidequest and the least part is in Cacklespit's Realm.

Thanks again for your help and replies. I ended up rerolling the map and it worked just fine. I guess I actually did have a buggy map =\
