CD-Key redeemed

So tell me...did i get scammed by steam again? :) cause i bought this game and it does not work. My cd-key has already been used somehow.

I buy recently and Steam give me right key. Contact Steam Support again, they can't answer about bankruptcy if game still on sale, and ofc Kalypso isn't bankrupt. Valve know this - it just lazy support workers as always (and as always in Valve).

Same problem here, although I have the game since 2014. I start it and the Kalypso launcher jumps and ask me for my key ("your product key is already in use"). Steam says is not responsible and redirects me to [e-mail].....

This is Valve fault, i think. But you can contact Kalypso too

Ok, Kalypso support answered my email. They successfully detached the product key from my account and I registered again without any problem. I can play now :-)

What CD key you have in Steam right now? Maybe Valve can replace key in your Steam account.
