NEW FEATURE: Damage cam.

Shows bone breaking kicks with x-ray style and slow motion. With kick skill upgraded to the max you can use optional damage camera to show how bones of your enemies get smashed into pieces.

Other changes/fixes:

ADDED: Slider in options menu to adjust damage cam probability

How to complete the Tutorial ?

After killing all Tutorial Enemies I remain stuck in the Tutorial Map. There are no more triggers left to trigger and I can only go back to the main menu where all maps still remain grayed out. Also the "Multiplayer" option in the main menu remains grayed out so all I can basically do is play the Tutorial Map in Singleplayer without being able to fully complete it. Some developer instructions are strongly required. *Update* For now I have Refunded the game until instructions are given or the game is bei...

I cleared three Asia levels, but I still have 0 "battle coin". Is it a bug, or an intended result?
