Hidden Chamber close to the cave

Hey everyone, do you know how to solve the thee digit puzzle in the hidden Chamber? I don't see any clue in the room, there are only several iron maidens and a statue inside. Thank you in advance

Enter the iron maidens (you'll take damage, but there's a checkpoint at the room's entrance).

Glyphs will appear above the iron maidens. Three of them have polygons with dots, pay attention to those.

The number of dots signify the order in the sequence (1,2 or 3), and the number of faces the polygon has is the actual number to input.

For example, a pentagon and 3 dots, would mean the 3rd number is 5.
