Does Anybody understand how to solve the puzzle where Millie Erwood wants to go to the stars? I cant even figure out what it wants from me.

Do you mean the one in the guardhouse, with the paintings?
For that, each painting has a number (I,II,III) and a name.
Just use the first letter of each name at the corresponding place to open the chest.
