You go basement to the far left. Find butcher here. Kill him and search his body.

Wait, you reached masoleum first without leveling up and exploring basement? How the hell you didnt get one shot by boss and monsters?

Thanks! Its level 5 i think, no every room is explored but i forgot the butcher had an option to hand over a thing i somehow passed him many times without completing that little quest!

Game becomes much better in chapter 2. QoL mechanics unlock and you get more toys as well. Hedge maze is a bit too cruel.
