It might be worth to try and make sure quick time is up to date
I had this problem for a littl bit. But I fixed it by turning off hardware acceleration during rendering in the options.

Crash problems can be specific to hardware configurations and need to be investigated thoroughly.
With regards to MPEG4 export, are you getting an error message? Also you can reset the MPEG4 settings by selecting a preset mode. Often the encoder can crash if you have set up advanced settings that are not compatible with each other. Disabling hardware acceleration can improve stability on some graphics cards.
Quicktime installation is only applicable to exports of MOV container format, if you are having problems with importing or exporting MOV files, then always update your Quicktime first.
pff don't make us laugh, the latest in hardware and all updated to maximum... yeh... no other program has problems, just this program...
Seems to me this program is just bad.
Pay for support XD, yeh right....why? they know their product is crap so they make more money by offering help...
A good company would solve this for free (update?)
Also just because you have the latest hardware and everything is up to date, does not mean there will not be problems. It still needs to be investigated. We have sold thousands of copies on STEAM already and we have a few posts about technical problems. The 99% of our customer base, do not experience any problems, we work hard to ensure that our software works, just like any other company.
No software runs 100% all of the time, PC's and Windows are generally too complex to not have any problems on some systems. You can contact us for free on email and we can investigate and try to fix the problem for you and other customers. We cannot guarantee there will always be a fix, however, we take every problem seriously.
Seeing i have over 45 other programs working just fine right after install.
The support site isn't exactly properly guiding (thinking the obvious, pay for support).
Indeed i will contact customer support, but not at this time though...
For now i have uninstalled it.
Also i'll try Xzio's solution first... which i doubt but hope will work for me...
or do you have ssd´s for editing in your system ^^ ?
