I was just having this good Remington run. I had the replace shields with guns card. Screen awash with projectiles, I was accumulating weapons and damage multipliers faster than the post-game enemies were increasing in strength. Even the pointy squares! I became immortal.

But then my gamepad's batteries died. I replaced them. But, Void Scrappers did not notice that the gamepad had been reconnected. It acted as though I was still holding the analog stick on a diagonal. I tried to get into the main menu to see if that helped, but the main menu canceled the entire run. The run is gone. I had so many guns. The run is not logged.

(Also I couldn't find a way to adjust music volume from within a run.)
