I like the way you set this up - very elegant placement of the bars and food stations.
-6k weekly costs for 210 minions, 7 floors and tavern
+10k to +12k weekly tavern income
Could be a bit higher, i only unlocked 5 barrel types so far.
The tavern seems to max out at 150 customers (~38x 4 person tables) and you need about 4 phenomenal bars to keep the waiting list in the 0-10 area. This takes about 40-50% of the first floor in space.
The reason for this is the "stock market" (nascark). If you don't sale anything, the price goes up. The longer you can go without selling anything, the more the price goes up.
Tavern makes me > 7000 per week.
Raids into your dungeon give money depending on the level of raiders, so don't activate the artefact that makes them lvl 1. On higher levels, a raid can easily bring 15k.
