looking for DungeonCore games (book genre)
title, does this one come close? I haven't seen too much of it (don't want to spoil myself if i do decide to grab it) but it strikes me as more managerial than anything else, like a hotel simulator that was retextured into a dungeon theme. does that make sense? am i very far off the mark? xd i just want some dungeon core stuff man

for context, games like dungeon keeper and dungeons 3 are some of what the dungeon core genre is based on (and apparently the closest video games have ever gotten to it), its about playing as a dungeon, building it up and protecting it from adventurers basically. like what a DM for DnD games need to do, but in video game form
i also discovered more recently KeeperRL which is pretty good, but it still doesnt quite scratch the itch ive been obsessed with for ages now. do people think this one will be able to? or is it still just a dream of mine?

I've only been playing it for a few hours, but I have to say, it does not scratch that itch. It's more like KeeperRL meets a watered-down Tavern Master. If you can play VR games, though, a few might be good to check out: Devil and the Fairy and Underworld Overseer.

its similar to duengeon keeper series and dungeon 1 2 3 without the digging process.
and with the tavern as central plot.
but in action its not very diferent i mean all the dungeon master games i played are a deception.
this one not more than others.
the main diference is the adventurers dont destroy your item or kill your master for some reason its a game for kids .i never lost and dont know how we can loose the game.
someone related than leting the master without any asset attacked by adventurer not make him firing you.
because we are not the earth of the dungeon neither the master just a manager at his service.
we can take all commodity for ourself and let the master use the commoner for his need and its ok.
thank you for the responses
unfortunately i have no vr setup, but thanks for the recommendations, i might watch some gameplay vids of them
personally i enjoyed keeperRL quite a lot, but idk maybe i will give this one a miss, at least for now while my obsession is still strong

edit: as it turns out, the game is free on prime gaming right now lmao, so i guess i will grab it after all
