Webcams can very WILDLY in quality. This isn't even just resolution or frame rate but even the codec the camera uses. I went through like 3 or 4 cameras from the store I worked at trying to find one that handled VSeeFace properly. Even then one codec might be a higher frame rate but the tracking script may struggle to parse it, leading to slow responses. Next since the camera doesn't have any trackers or things bound to you, you lead to a lot of 'noise' in the data from your background to even the lighting. So jitters, delayed movement, ect.
