There's also a Void Grenade in that same arena I can't seem to reach. I've tried every angle I can think of.

I am also CONVINCED that there is some secret involving the Chaos Star monitors you activate with switches throughout Dread Ascent. Every time you turn them on, the servo skull comments on an energy source being activated. I'm wondering if it's a classic easter egg where you have to shoot every single chaos monitor, or at least turn them all on.
But the "shoot the skull" one I found is EXTREMELY important because it means that secrets MIGHT NOT JUST BE WALLS ONLY ANYMORE
I was wondering about that ammo box though. Maybe you have to fall down to get that Void Grenade.
But yeah knowing it has COD Zombies styled secrets means I know to look for different things. I suspect it might take a week to get 100%.
I think I only found like 3 on the first level.
I just found one in the first level, just after you get the missile launcher. The servo skull scanned a "door" so I had a look around, and sure enough there was a blinking skull. I shot it, and it opened a crate, revealing an infinite ammo secret.
Also, I have a sneaking suspicion that the consoles in Level 2 actually unlock the elevator/platform under the floor during the final fight. I'm pretty sure I didn't miss any consoles, and while the elevator didn't work the first time I passed through the area, I did activate the final consoles up above. When I came back down, the elevator worked, and it revealed an infinite ammo and 300 Contempt pickup. When I was making sure to activate all the consoles through the level, the servo skull mentioned something about the power signature matching an elevator.
It takes a few tries but you can actually reach that void grenade from the higher stack of shipping containers nearby. I've already done it. For the elevator activation, there's 12 consoles you need to active. It's three sets of 4 consoles as you play through the stage.
As for level 1, I also have no friggin' clue where the last 3 secrets are. I'm stuck at 5/8 too.
I tried that jump but it seemed like it couldn't be the intentional one.
There's also definitely more consoles than just those groups of 4. I ran into a few independent ones that the servo skull commented on too. But the elevator worked for me the first time (Cuz I did all the consoles) so I didn't actually know it was "hidden" until thinking about it.

- There's a Kraken Rounds magazine behind a door opened by a console in one of the "Purge" rooms.
The last four are all in the final cannon room fight.
- The Ammo Increase pickup can be found in the sewer drains; you have to shoot the nearby blinking silver skull to unlock the gate.
- The Void Grenade can be decently easily reached by a Charge -> Jump
- There's an Infinite Ammo and 300 Contempt pickup in the floor elevator during the final fight if you activate all the consoles during the level.
For level 1, here are the ones I know.
- Contempt boost, right at the start of the level in the container held by the crane.
- Boltgun ammo box. Where you first encounter a Havoc, there's a raised area off to the left that you reach by jumping from where the Havoc was stood.
- Machine spirit. Before entering the sewage area, there's a pipe further up. In there is the machine spirit.
- Unlimited ammo. Just after you get the missile launcher, there's a servo skull with a blinking red eye on the ground, in the goop and leaning on a cargo container. Shooting the servo skull opens the container, revealing the unlimited ammo.
- Vortex grenade. When you fight the Great Unclean One, there's a vortex grenade in one of the cargo containers. Very useful for that fight.
- Ammo boon. In the final purge arena, there's an ammo boon in one of the alcoves on the bottom floor.
If you're like me, the only one you've missed is probably the unlimited ammo. I don't have a clue about the last two secrets yet.
For level 1 at the very least I don't think there are any secrets in the sewage room. I scoured this place top to bottom, including in the acid pit below and in the ceiling rafters.

- Right at the start of the level there's a skull to shoot between the shipping crates that will unlock one of them for a Vortex Grenade.
- Immediately after you shoot the purple crystal and step into the main chamber, on the upper left of your screen will be a shipping container in the distance. Get up the catwalk and you'll see a skull up above that shipping container. It will open the crate for a secret.
- Looking at the opening while on the catwalk from the previous secret, turn 90 degrees to the right and walk straight. In behind these shipping crates is a special boltgun ammo.
- From the entrance to the main chamber, walk all the way to the other side of the room on the ground floor. Enter the small room on the right side of the lava river and to your immediate right will be a skull to shoot. It opens up the shipping crate next to you.
- From where you entered the room for the previous secret, walk ahead up the ramp, turn right and go up the next ramp. There's a secret in the stack of shipping containers to your left when you exit the room.
- From the entrance, start making your way around the ground level counterclockwise until you reach a small room with a control panel you can activate. The wall opposite the panel can be interacted with for a secret.
- Continue counterclockwise from the previous secret and in the lava pool beneath the Noctolith, there is small corridor off to the right of the lava with a secret room.
- If you continue counterclockwise to the other Noctolith lava pool, there is a similar corridor in the lava with another secret room but this time to the left (The corridors for the last secret and this one are directly across the room from each other if that helps).
- From the entrance turn left and walk down the ramp to the shipping container dead ahead. There is a skull on the beam above it.
- From the entrance turn right and head down the ramp. The stack of shipping crates to your immediate right has a boltgun ammo if you head around to the other side of them.
Still missing 1 as of writing this up. I've also found and interacted with 5 control panels around the level but nothing seems to have happened. I assume I'm missing another one somewhere but haven't had any luck finding it yet. Not sure if it'll lead to the final secret or not.
I found #7.
Its in the same trench that has the other servo skull next to a container.
It's got a Vengence Boltgun round inside it.

It's on the U-bend next to what I think is a wrecked Ork Stompa. At least, it has the Goff Clan checkerboard patterns on it.
I'm paranoidly checking every single unopened shipping crate from now on.
Just found that one too.

Skull #2 was pretty interesting because it contained a Krak upgrade for the Rocket Launcher. Strength 8, but can only direct hit.
