How does Know No Fear work?
I feel like I missed a tutorial or something. I don't get it.

I think it's just brief immunity before you die?

when your health goes low you see that pulsing like orange diamond texture around the screen edges? that's know no fear and makes you (very) briefly invulnerable. It's not like you heal from melee or anything so I don't really see the point of the window, can't really save yourself if your in the thick of it.

I think it’s to give you a chance to run out of the thick of it and grab some medkits.
The loading screen says that every enemy you kill, extends your time in know no fear. So instead of running, you could just go full Khorne Berserker.

I think it refills with each kill. Not sure about how much it extends the duration though.

i think it's kind of a silly ability when you can save/load whenever you want... i'd have preferred to have had an additional *actual* ability rather than this... like... maybe siccing your "ghost" (the dork-skull flying by your shoulder the whole time) on an enemy to distract it or something

the Know No Fear just got real useful in the second Lord of Change encounter in that area with the 3 bridges leading up to it. I ran up to the right side pylon, collected the Aura of Doom, made my way back to the front of the main bridge, and just went full rambo with the meltagun aiming at the Lord of Change. My HP quickly reached zero but since I kept killing mobs as meltagun collateral I just didn't die. The Tzeentch boss didn't have the same luck.
