In game it is Black Legion Chaos Space Marines, or it is another organization?

They definitely do have the Black Legion color scheme, and the Aspiring Champion enemies do seem to be sporting the Sons of Horus/Luna Wolves signature top knot.

allegedly this is the aftermath of the chaos incursion that happened in space marine on graia, which would make them children of nemeroth, but they look like black legion and lord memeroth is dead so i doubt his followers didn't just get absorbed back into the black legion
