Nick from my Discord says he extract the pak allready.
He used Unrealpak from the Unreal Engine 4.27.2, Loaded from Epic Games.
Yep, it's not the only retro shooter using UE4. They still should have used GZDoom, KEX or Build engines though. :P
You can always play music from Spotify or some other source, and just mute the in-game music. I do that all the time.
