if you want a fine tuned pack that i worked to gather through the years, just send me a DM
Short game though. I think I beat it in like 6 hours?
Excellent recommendations, it was these exact games (started with Ion Fury, then found Dusk, which led to Amid Evil followed by Prodeus) which is how I got to Warhammer 40k Boltgun. Still need to check out Hrot and Cultic though.
How risky is it to buy these Boomer Shooters while in Early Access? Not really speaking of Turbo Overkill but I know some of them tend to stall out mid-development like that one that people are angry about for not hitting its roadmap (or even coming close, apparently) WRATH: Aeon of Ruin. This is a question for anyone who knows and buys these Boomer Shooters in early access and has either been burned or alternatively has had a pleasant experience with it. I just noticed quite a few of them on steam seem to be in Early Access. Are they all risky of not being completed or just certain ones (like from 3D Realms)?
This is the 2.03 version. No idea when 3.0 will be released. But 2.03 does most of the things 3.0 does.
I also recommend Maps of Chaos which overhauls the vanilla DOOM wads https://www.moddb.com/mods/brutal-doom/addons/brutalized-doom-and-doom-ii WARNING: This will make the game a LOT harder. It is intended for people who know the DOOM maps very well. Only get this if you have played the vanilla maps.

e:fff- "script error: Project Brutality 2.03.pk3:fireworks.txt" line 2:
Tried to define class 'TargetIsAnExplosiveBarrel' more than twice in the same file.
I don't know what this means or what I should do about it. Suggestions?
Mods go on the left side. You can have several active at a time. IWADs go on the right side. You can only have one active at a time.
ZDL is the launcher. Gzdoom is the source port. You need both programs to run mods in DOOM.
My list is currently,
EDAY VANILLA
EdayMusic001
ProjectBrutality 2.03
UDV_v2.13_A_BASE
Trying to launch this results in the above error. Moving Project Brutality to the top results in an error reading:
"Could not find script lump 'zcommon.acs'"
I don't know what that means. Help?
E: My ZDL version is 3.1.1. Not sure if that's relevant.
Try disabling all mods and see if the game starts. Use ZDL to select either DOOM.wad or DOOM2.wad as the iwad. GZDoom as the source port. If the game starts, enable the mods 1 by 1 to see which one causes problems. Project Brutality should always be the first one loaded and UDV always the last one.
