Anyone know what happens if you character ends up 90 years old?

So found my 2nd cursed spell book.

First one was a big, NOPE. Not using that one!
It has 2 properties:
1) All skills have no cooldown. Well that sounds great!
2) Every time you use a skill, 1% chance you instantly die.

Uh... nope.

Ok, so second one I find says, every in game day, my character gets 1 year older, until age 90.

Anyone know if we get age related Talents as we get older? What's the downside to being 90?

You can receive negative talent "Old" which you can prevent by finding positive talent "Forever young".
Character cannot die of old age.
