Cannot allocate mastery points.

The skill I am trying to put points in always says I need 4 more. Every skill says I need more regardless of how many points I have. I have over 20 so far and I cant put points in anything.

did you allocate points with 'plus' sign on the lower left side of the screen? you got to unlock the masterys/ perks before you can spec points in it. just askin.
you might need to put 4 more points into that before you can upgrade the skill itself.

Ah yes, good suggestion, thank you. I just assumed the OP had tried that without asking.

@The Black Sheep, have you tried clicking on the big plus button in the bottom left of the mastery page for the class you wish to play?
