We added a bit of Kenshi-like realism, but just a bit. This is not a game like Kenshi.
The game primarily focuses on narrative and exploration, and the level of realism is included solely for the sake of immersion.
Feel free to ask any other questions.
but with your game it's like triggers (The orc defending the bridge scenario) which is pretty cool you guys should really dive into that feature it something rarely seen and i feel that is like a BIG money feature cause it offers potential replay value (I'm more of a sandbox player i like creating my own stories in the world after the narrative is done)
thank you for answering!
Random small event: A trade cart has gone missing in that area - if you find it in time, you can loot it.
Random small event: Alchemy in the Fate Faction has been forbidden - this is resulting in higher prices of crafted potions and lower prices of ingredients globally.
Big player-driven event: The Underworld Horde has captured a castle - this will replace all town NPCs with horde members, change traders, etc.
We also use them to balance the game; for example, a new quest giver may come to an early-game town who will provide late-game quests.
Thank you for your questions and for sharing your impressions.
