Whenever I try to make a deck it's invalid

wtf makes a deck valid? i currently have 22 minions, 9 spells, and 0 artifacts. I've tested with varying amounts of minions, spells, and artifacts trying to match the starter deck and it's still invalid. What do I even do?

A full deck requires 40 cards including general.
22+9+1=32
Not enough cards.

Once you add 40 cards it'll have a checkmark at the end so that's how you know your deck is valid
