First tutorial
I've struggled with the first tutorial since buying this game yesterday. I cannot get it to let me paint the shelves and instead it persists in changing the paint on the wall despite the fact I've indicated the shelves, so that leads to even more faffing about. How to get the shelves painted, please, otherwise I'm going to have to ask for a refund because I can't move on. Does it require a change of material or some other thing? I've tried just about everything without success. Getting bored with it now. Help, please. I hope the rest of this game isn't so buggy because it looks like it could be a nice little game to play around with. Thank you.

Sorry to hear that you had a problem with tutorial. Yes, you need to change material on the shelf to contunue. It would be nice if you could record a video of this broken tutorial if you have not refund the game yet, so I could see what might be the problem. If you have, please, tell me, what exactly did you do and what feedback from the game you got.

Sorry for the delay in replying but my response earlier today would not post until I set up Steam Guard!?! So here goes again. Thank you for your response yesterday. I tried again today and finally got the shelves painted by trying from a different angle. I found a youtube video by someone starting with the tutorial and found out how to select the actual tone needed, but what I did notice was that at the top of this person's screen was a box with your instructions and hints on how to play. This never appeared on my screen which is probably why I struggled. I have now moved on. Thank you again.

One other thing. Each time I start the game I have to go to 'settings' and reset my preferences re graphics etc. My preferences are obviously not being stored. Is this normal? Not that important but a little bit frustrating.

Have you played the game before? Maybe the demo version? There should be a tutorial in the paint level telling you what to do. If you did not see it, it is a bug and should be fixed.

Yes, it's also weird that settings are not getting saved. What exact settings do you have to change every time? Resolution or perhaps some other options?

Hello, yes I did try the demo version, but once I bought the game I uninstalled it. Thinking back, I don't recall the instruction box there either and I had the same difficulty with the shelves (not the walls or table) in the demo which left me wondering at the time should I bother purchasing when available! As regards the settings, yes it's the resolution which enables full screen for me (1920 x 1080). It's not saving and there seems to be no 'save' option. Not important, just means having to redo it each time. Thanks for your responses.
