Is anyone else stuck on the domino puzzle in Story Mode?

I've been playing the Story Mode mission with the dominoes for a very long time and just can't seem to get it right. It's preventing me from progressing any further because I can't get past it.

What's preventing you from completing the mission? Is there an issue or an error?

I had no problem with the dominoes task. I failed the first time because I didn't find all the dominoes and therefore had a too large gap. Is that also your problem or is it a technical problem like the animation getting stuck?

I tried and tried this level and always seemed to fail. Then I realised I was dumb because you can open drawers and cupboards. That helps with this puzzle if you feel as if something is missing.

I intensely dislike this puzzle. I have done it four times now - every time it looks like it should work but every time something is apparently not right, and it is different every time. I am not doing this puzzle again. It has become the opposite of fun. Yes, I have found dominoes in drawers/behind things/under things etc. I am simply going to put this down as janky from being too new/poorly thought out and try it later when it is hopefully better. Some suggestions: when you get a domino to almost where it is supposed to go, why not have an outline appear so that placing them slightly off doesn't stop the puzzle? This mechanic is regularly used in the game. Why not have a counter at the top of the screen, something like, "Pieces Remaining: 17". Or at the very least have a "Help" button that shows where a missing piece might go. I am simply done with it.

Yes, there's a couple of dominoes hidden in one of the drawers.
The problem I've been having is that the tennis ball falls right through the table instead of hitting the next domino.

Edit: Finally managed to complete it, found one missing piece. There should be an achievement for this.

I literally put all the pieces together, and it failed me because the green tennis ball moved so slow. It was about to hit the other domino...

I had the opposite problem. I touched a single domino and it congratulated me on completing the task and the entire thing finished!

Lucky.. the only way i beat it is by resizing the domino pieces

For me it just completed the task randomly lol... wanted to see the dominos fall but it already closed once i found the extra pieces

If anyone has a screenshot or something on where to place each piece, that would be awesome. I've done this puzzle TONS of times and I am stuck. I've placed all the pieces but no matter what, its almost like they don't fall correctly each time and they end up failing in different areas............

You can resize the pieces

There is no way to tell if you are doing it right, like for the instance the jigsaw puzzle told you when you placed a piece correctly and how many were left. For the dominoes, you have no idea how many you still need to find, how many to resize, etc. And you cannot progress in story mode until this is complete. Glad I didnt play for the whole 2 hours... I will wait to see if there is an update, if not I am getting a refund.

bro i accidentally passed the level by touching the finish line with a domino i picked up and now i cant play that level again xd

I don't think you are supposed to resize them, but i still did lol
