Linux version on Steam is only 32 bit
But i remember the Linux version on Unigine Shop and Desura has both 32 and 64 bit. Steam Works on Linux has Support for 32 and 64 bit games. The Oil Rush Linux version on Steam works fine on my 64 bit Manjaro Linux but a 64 bit version is better.

AFAIK there's no specific 64 bit version.
64bit is just supported in terms of being runable on 64 bit systems
64bit games weren't a thing in 2012.

Oh, there definitely are Linux amd64 executables:

I think I got it through HumbleBundle.
