Report a translation problem
1.Make sure that you operated only 1 Desktop ( Window+ Tab)
2. If you enabled 'Start on boot' , first you'd see your gifts (video) covers the whole screen.
You've to open the Steam ( Taskbar or Searching: Window +S ->"Steam") ,then go to
library and launch "Wallpaper Alive" and click 'Turn off' button.
(Skip this step if you didn't enable 'Start on boot'.
3.Hidden all windows.
4.Open Wallpaper Alive and choose your background.
5.If the problem isn't solved , try to close it and open again.

Ok so I see a lot of people have the same problem I had and idk if it will work for you but here is what i did
I turned off wallpaper alive
I did windows+tab and created a new desktop that i closed immediatly
I turned back on wallpaper alive from the app on the desktop
It worked and I have no clue why
