If you didn't modify any of Window's display settings while the program was running there could be a bug. I know this bug existed in earlier versions of the program, but I thought I had fixed it...
If restarting does not fix it, could you try opening the display settings by typing 'rearrange multiple displays' in the Windows search bar. I know this is not convenient, but it should be good to go if you have all of your monitors in order ie. 1 on the left followed by 2,3,etc and then restarting the app.
In the case that restarting did not fix it the bug likely remains, in which case it would be helpful if you could let me know the number of monitors you have, the resolution of each, and the order they are arranged ie. 2 on left and 1 on right. This will help me test to see if there is a case for the bug which I have missed and so you don't have to worry about which order your monitors are in.
i have 2 different monitors:
1- 1440x810
2- 1920x1080
The first were 125% in scale, i changed to 100% and it woked
