The dash mana cost will be halved in the full game.
About the taking damage issue, in the demo you only get to play the first few rooms which don't drop legendary loot, and most of it is dropped at the end of the demo, so in the full game you will be getting more legendary loot that would negate most of the damage you take, additionally the enemy damage will be rescalled as they will deal less damage early levels and slightly more damage later.
The weapons unlock additional skills when you max out the shard tree for each weapon at the ShardsKeeper.
While the extra buffs you get at the end of each room are small, the consumables are reworked and now grant permanent buffs rather than timed, so combined with that the buffs should be sufficient.

Were there any specific levels or abilities that have issues with sound?
Traps, animations of attack of some enemies(for exmple gorillas! when they start attacking the sound of it could stack), footsteps(sometimes they terify me xD) medusa's scream(it also could terify lol)
Will there be some sort of guidebook or something like this, where players could check description of enemies, skills and all other stuff? Or is it already in the game and I missed somehow that?

There isn't a feature right now that shows enemies abilities, but it's a handy feature that could be added later.
