if your game was purchased on steam, right click on the game in the steam games library and one of the options lets you view your serial number/cdkey if purchased from store it should be on the case or something I imagine

it doeesnt show me the serial code though only the game and product code

in this case, the "product code" is also the "serial code" which is also the "CD key"
