activation code not working

i bought batman arkham city and downloaded it. i tried to start it up and put in the activation code and it said not valid please try again. can someone please help me and tell me what to do. it also talked about unlock code and i dont understand what that means. help would be greatly appreciated because i work hard for my money like everyone else and i dont want to feel like i lost my money. thank you all so much. i look forward to hearing from somebody.

hi there friend,

I also faced the same problem, but also found the solution.
U need to go the this link

https://support.securom.com/PAunlock/index.php?c=1000#step1

and then type in ur CD Key in 'Your Serial is:' box,
then paste ur 'Your Unlock Request Code:' from the Batman game activation window into the 'Your Unlock Request Code is:' box on the above mentioned webpage.
type the captcha correctly and below u will see the Unlock code in 'Your Unlockcode is:' box.

Copy that on the Batman game window asking for the Unlock Code, thats it ur game will be activated.
