When I play with animated batman just change for catwoman and she use the animated outfit...
Works over console-commands pretty much like in "Arkham Origins".
Unfortunately the console doesn't seem to be available in AC, but u can still bind commands to keys.
Just edit your user settings (or your default settings if u prefer). To do that, open the "UserInput.ini" (under "User\MyDokuments\WB Games\Batman Arkham City GOTY\BmGame\Config" in my case) with the Editor. Add a line under the section "[Engine.PlayerInput]", which goes something like this:
.Bindings=(Name="NumPadZero", Command="start batentry?Area=Church?Players=Playable_Catwoman_Halloween")
Save the file, start the game and choose a savegame. After that just press the 0-Key on your NumPad and: TADAAAA! You spawn in the gotham church at your current story-progress (whenever it was as Batman or as Catwoman) as the Tim Sale-Catty.
This cheat works also very well with Playable_BruceWayne, Playable_Robin, Playable_Robin_Animated, Playable_Robin_Red, Playable_Nightwing & Playable_Nightwing_Animated.
Have Fun!
