Need Help with Remote controlled Batarang

hi all
i need help with Remote controlled Batarang they never overload the fuse box's. maybe im missing somthig?

It's been a while since I've played, so I'm kinda fuzzy, but I think you might need an upgrade.

The fuse boxes get overloaded when you pass the Remote Controlled Batarang through an electric area, for instance when Penguin traps you and you fight all the goons and Abramovich or w/e, on the right of you(facing the balcony) is an electrified area above the fence, and the left is the switch. If you pass the batarang through that it will become electrified allowing you to overload the fuses. Be sure when hitting the fusebox it lands directly on it, otherwise it will not work.

TL:DR version: It only overloads fuses if you pass it through nearby electricity first and then hit the fuse with the electrified baterang.
